The forms here ask real questions, and there are a lot of them. If you work with a personal AI agent, connect it once and it will ask you what it needs in your own words, at your own pace, and prepare the whole thing. You read what it wrote and sign it yourself.
Your agent has to know which side of the desk you are on before it asks you anything. Pick one and it will collect the right things.
Your agent will ask you for the deal and the gap in the stack:
We take raises from $500,000 up, on multifamily, build‑to‑rent, duplex to fourplex, mobile home and RV parks, hotels, assisted living, and land for those. Not single family, not an operating business, not a startup. You sign the partnership terms yourself before anything reaches an investor.

These are two different requests with two different sets of questions, and they are placed with two different sets of people — investors on one side, lenders on the other. Your agent prepares them one after the other, and you sign each one separately.
Start with the equity, because the size of the raise decides what debt the deal can carry. Everything above about each door applies unchanged.
An AI agent cannot sign for you, and never will be able to. It fills in; you sign. Behind a signature there is money and obligation, not filled-in fields. The key has no power to commit you to anything.
